TDJ Consulting and Career Services LLC

Friend,

I know what it feels like to be in a job that makes you feel invisible.

Like, no one cares, and you can’t seem to get ahead. . .

After having found my dream job, I found myself dealing with a bad boss, being bullied by a co-worker, and then being passed up for a promotion. No one seemed to understand. The stress of work took me from a social butterfly to a recluse.

I felt invisible.

Sometimes it takes an outside perspective to help us focus on our strengths in order to see the opportunities available to us. For me, it was a professional acquaintance that helped me realize my value and how I was selling myself short. I’ve now had the luxury of having my dream career for many years. I’ve worked through dealing with bad bosses, bullying co-workers and getting nowhere in the workplace. That’s what I want for you!

 Here’s how I can help:

  • I bring the experience of hiring and firing for 5 years.
  • I was also a recruiter for 4 years.
  • I take a holistic approach to deal with preconceived notions of the workplace.
  • I use humor as a buffer because I don’t hold back the truth.
  • I believe I’m a translator for young clients who don’t fully understand workplace expectations.
You deserve to have your dream job!
I want to help you get there!

You’ve never met another person this excited about career planning! Tramelle D Jones facilitated her first Resume Writing Class in 1998 at age 18 to a group of adults in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s. That experience sparked a 20+-year career in personal and social engagement!

She continued her work in Personal and Professional Development during her undergrad years at the University of North Texas, her work with AmeriCorps, and her professional career in the non-profit sector. In her most prominent roles, she worked with young people from every background, offering assistance in career building and supporting adults in providing leadership development, professional mentoring, and career planning.

Providing these services to global companies allowed her to identify a gap in available services specific to women and young people who often feel invisible at work and unable to take control of their careers.

Tramelle created TDJ Consulting & Career Services, LLC in 2013 to fill that gap. She provides Strategic Career Planning with strengths-based resumes, long-term career coaching programs, and corporate facilitation services nationwide. As a speaker, facilitator, and motivator, she also partners with organizations to train or coach their staff or clientele.

Tramelle’s high energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and if you aren’t ready to change the world before you meet her, get ready to after! She motivates you to be your authentic self at every turn. It’s obvious she’s found the right career!
