ABOUT TRAMELLE

Like no one cares and you can’t seem to get ahead. . .
After having found my dream job I found myself dealing with a bad boss, being bullied by a co-worker and then passed up for a promotion. No one seemed to understand. The stress of work took me from a social butterfly to a recluse.
Sometimes it takes an outside perspective to help us focus on our strengths in order to see the opportunities available to us. For me, it was a professional acquaintance that helped me realize my value and how I was selling myself short. I’ve now had the luxury of having my dream career for many years. I’ve worked through dealing with bad bosses, bullying co-workers and getting nowhere in the workplace. That’s what I want for you!
Here’s how I can help:
- I bring the experience of hiring and firing for 5 years.
- I was also a recruiter for 4 years.
- I take a holistic approach to deal with preconceived notions of the workplace.
- I use humor as a buffer because I don’t hold back the truth.
- I believe I’m a translator for young clients who don’t fully understand workplace expectations.
I want to help you get there!
